തായ്ലൻഡിൽ സിനിമ ഷൂട്ടിംഗ് കോവിഡിന് ശേഷം പുനരാരംഭിച്ചു : ഡോ. ബിജു .

 ഷൂട്ടിങ്ങിനു വേണ്ടി സർക്കാർ നിശ്ചയിച്ച നിബന്ധനകൾ ആണ് ഒപ്പം കൊടുക്കുന്നത് . കോവിഡാനന്തര  കാലത്ത് സിനിമയിൽ സംഭവിക്കാനിടയുള്ള ( പ്രത്യേകിച്ചും ഇന്ത്യൻ, മലയാള മുഖ്യ ധാരാ സിനിമകളിൽ) ഒരു നല്ല കാര്യം സിനിമാ   നിർമാണത്തിലെ അനാവശ്യ ചിലവുകൾ  കുറയാൻ ഇടയുണ്ട് എന്നതാണ് . 

സിനിമയുടെ ചിത്രീകരണം കൃത്യമായ പ്ലാനിങ്ങിലും ഡിസിപ്ലിനിലും മാത്രമേ ചെയ്യാനാകൂ എന്ന നില വരുമ്പോൾ പ്ലാനിങ്ങില്ലായ്‌മ കൊണ്ട് മാത്രം വരുത്തിവെക്കുന്ന സിനിമയുടെ ചിലവുകൾ കുറയും . ഇപ്പോൾ മിക്കവാറും മുഖ്യധാരാ സിനിമകളുടെ  നിർമാണ ചിലവിന്റെ  20  % ൽ അധികം തുക  ഇത്തരത്തിൽ കൃത്യമായ പ്ലാനിങ് ഇല്ലായ്‌മ കൊണ്ട് വരുത്തി വെക്കുന്ന അനാവശ്യ  ആഡംബര ചിലവുകൾ ആണ് . അതോടൊപ്പം തന്നെ ഓരോ സിനിമാ യൂണിറ്റിലും ആവശ്യത്തിനുള്ള ആളുകൾ മാത്രമേ പ്രവർത്തിക്കൂ എന്ന നിലയും സംജാതമാകും . മുഖ്യ ധാരാ സിനിമകളിൽ ഇപ്പോൾ ആവശ്യത്തിലധികം ആളുകൾ പല വിഭാഗങ്ങളിലും പണി എടുക്കുന്നുണ്ട് . 

ഇനി മുതൽ അത് അത്യാവശ്യം വേണ്ട ആളുകൾ മാത്രമായി ചുരുങ്ങും . സിനിമയുടെ മൊത്തം നിർമാണ ബജറ്റിന് വലിയ കുറവ് ഇതുവഴി ഉണ്ടാകും . വലിയ ബജറ്റിലുള്ള സിനിമകളുടെ എണ്ണം കുറയും എന്നതാവും കോവിഡ്  കാലത്തിന്  ശേഷം സിനിമയിൽ സംഭവിക്കാനിടയുള്ള  വലിയ ഒരു മാറ്റം ... ചുരുക്കത്തിൽ നിലവിലെ സമാന്തര ആർട്ട് ഹൗസ്  സിനിമകളുടെ നിർമാണ രീതിയിൽ കുറച്ചൊക്കെ മുഖ്യ ധാരാ സിനിമ കടം എടുത്തു തുടങ്ങും  എന്നർത്ഥം . 

കൃത്യമായ പ്ലാനിങ് , അത്യാവശ്യം വേണ്ടുന്ന ആളുകൾ മാത്രം അടങ്ങിയ ചിത്രീകരണ സംഘം ,  എന്നിവ .. .  ഈ മാറ്റങ്ങൾ മുഖ്യധാരാ സിനിമയിൽ ഉണ്ടാകും എന്ന് തന്നെ കരുതാം ..

 ഏതായാലും തായ്‌ലൻഡ് സിനിമാ ചിത്രീകരണത്തിനുള്ള നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ ഒന്ന് നോക്കിക്കോളൂ ..  ഈ  ലോക്ക്ഡൌൺ കാലം കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ  ഈ നിർദേശങ്ങൾ മലയാള സിനിമാ ഇൻഡസ്ട്രിയ്ക്കും ഉപകാരപ്പെട്ടേക്കും ..  

The Thailand government has announced that, as part of its latest stage of easing the Covid-19 restrictions, film and TV production can resume in the country with certain conditional safety precautions.

As of May 16, film and television production in Thailand are permitted to restart providing all involved abide by strict guidelines. Here are the general practices during the shooting;

    The maximum number of cast and crew size is limited to 50 for each project.

    All cast and crew will be required to use a registration application authorized by the Covid-19 Control Center as well as registration by the production along with declaration forms.

    Limitation of the cast and crew of 10 in the shooting area.

    Shooting set size should provide a physical distancing for all crew of 1 to 2 meters per person.

    All crew are required to maintain physical distance between each other of at least 1.5 meters at all times. Only exception is for cast members when in performance.

    The location should have different areas designated for the team, with each area having a maximum of 5 people only.

    Each department is encouraged to minimize the crew and utilize its designated area on location.

    Food and Snacks to be served in individual packs.

    A dedicated medic to monitor the cast and crew to be available on production at all times.

    A signage should be available on and off set reminding the cast and crew of physical distancing.

    The shooting location should have sufficient air circulation and the studio facility shall have approved air filtration and air circulation system.

    Everyone entering the workplace will be screened for Covid-19 symptoms and have their hands sanitized;

    All work environments will adhere to the strictest sanitization protocols and will have hand sanitizer and handwashing facilities with soap readily available;

    All production personnel will wear masks at all times. Exception for cast members during the performance.

    All production personnel will be informed of protocols and relevant information will be prominently displayed.
