The film is based on Gangubai's life as it is documented in journalist S. Hussian Zaidi's " 

Mafia Queens of Mumbai " .The story revolves around a young woman who was forced in to sex trade and how she became a prominent and celebrated figure in the Kamathipura red light district Mumbai . 

It is a nice movie it's a realistic movie with gives inspiration to many of the people so that they can also stand for themselves .

It is basically a family friendly Movie .
