" Soorarai Pottru " ( Hail.thre Brave )  is an upcoming Indian Tamil language action film directed by Sudha Kongara and Produced by Suriya and Guneet Monga under their banners 2D entertainment and Sikhya Entertainment . The Film is based on events during the life of Air Deccan Founder G. R . Gopinath .

Suriya as Nedumaaran Rajangam " Maara " , Aprana Balamurali as Bummi / Sundhari , Karunas as Alapparai , Jackie Shiroff as Vinod Malya , Mohanbabu as Arjun Saktiveluchaamy , Paresh Rawal as Ravindra Subramanyam , Sampath Raj as Muthuvelraj and Urvashi , AchyuthKumar ,. Vivek Prasanna , Krishnakumar Balasubramanian , and Kaali Venkat in the lead roles.
