The film stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Neil Nitin Mukesh,Kyryaa ,Indrans , Ranji Panikar, Mohini, Shammi Thilakan, Master Nafash, Shine Varghese , Shivajith , Rajith Velayudhan, Anand Manmandan and Don Michael  in lead roles.

"KHALIFA " is directed by Vysakh , the story is written by Jinu Abraham, The music is done by Jakes Bejoy , The camera work is handled by Jomon T.John , and editing is by Chaman Chacko.
