 " Manikarnika _The Queen of Jhansi "  is an upcoming 2019 Indian biographical period drama film based on the Life Rani Laxmibai of Jhansi . It is directed by Radhakrishna , Jagarlamudi  and Kangana Ranaut and Produced by Zee studios in association with Kamal Jain and Nishant Pitti .

Written by Prasoon Joshi. Story , Screenplay by K.V Vijayendra Prasad. Narrated by Amithab Bachen. Music by Sankar_ Ehsaan _ Joy. Background Score Sanchit Balhara ,Ankit Bailhara.Cinematography _  Kiran Deohans ,Gana Shekar V.S .Edited by Rameshwar Bhagat , Suraj Jaglap.

The special screening of the film was organised by Zee Entertainment for His excellency Shri Ram Nath Kovind , the president of India at Rashtrapati Bhavan , Cultural Centre on 18th January in the presence of Kangana Ranaut and her team before release of the film on 25 January 2019.
