Seema Raja - Tamil action comedy drama film written and directed by Ponram and Produced by R D Raja .The film stars Sivakarthikeyan . Samantha Akkineni and Soori in the lead roles, with a supporting cast including Napoleon , Simran Bagga ,Lal ,Yogi Babu ,Aathma Patrick ,Manobala , Charandeep ,Surjith Ansary, N.K Krishnan ,Nishi ,Rishikanth , K.S Ravikumar ,Keerthy Suresh ,Motta Rajendran ,Ponram , Balasubramaniam and Baba Bhaskar .
After Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam and Rajani Murugan, Sivakarthikeyan and Director Ponram have collaborated for their third project "Seema Raja" . For the first time Samantha is romancing on _screen .D .Inman has composed the music .Vaaren Vaaren Seema Raja , Yaarum Yenkilla and a late night walk with veena songs have stuck the chord with the listeners .It has Balasubramaniam's Cinematography and Vivek Harshan's editing.
The grandeur production value , especially in the historical portions involving major VFX works ,need a special mention . Seema Raja could have worked a lot better if the screenplay was more interesting ,but from a general audience perspective , these things might not be a bigger concern.Sivakarthiken's screen presence is a major trump card for Seemaraja and he holds the audience with his casual performance .
